The 5 Passes Tour 2025 will be happening Friday 21st November – Monday 24th November 2025.

Entries open for 2025 Tour – $2000 but $500 deposit with remainder due 1st August 2025.
The registration fee covers just about everything you need on tour – all meals, accommodation for 3 nights, energy gels and drink from #Pure and snacks.

5 Passes Tour minimum entry requirements:
The 5 Passes Tour aims to cater for all levels of rider from the fastest elites through to the weekend warrior.
Whilst we would love to take anybody, due to the logistics of getting 130+ from one side of the island to the other there is a minimum expected level of fitness and endurance to allow you to enjoy the experience, and to keep the tour rolling.
Our longest day covers 218km with 2,200m of elevation over 6 individual stages (neutral zone bunch rides x3, Lewis Pass hill climb, and a Team Time Trial.
Discounting the accumulated fatigue of multiple stages over 4 days, it would be expected that riders would be able to complete a 100km ride (including descents) with over 1,000m of total elevation in a time of around 4:30:00. The majority of this would likely be in a bunch sharing the load, but could involve long periods on your own.
Fear not, we have awesome support in the event of mechanicals, or if you are having a bad day, but this could involve being placed in a car to get you to the next stop.
Conditions of Entry:
I/We have read all information and understand the risks, demands and dangers involved in the event.
I/We take full responsibility for my/our fitness, experience and actions and all personal possessions and equipment I/we may use during this event. Therefore I/we and my/our kin, heirs and executors of any estate hereby waive, release and forever discharge the event organisers, directors, sponsors, land owners and all other persons associated with the event in whatsoever capacity in the event of any liability, claims or damages relating to personal injury, loss of or damage to any equipment or any other matter arising from the event.
I/We understand that withdrawals before 1st August will be fully refunded, minus a $50 admin fee; withdrawals between 1st August and 1st November will be fully refunded, minus a $250 admin fee; and that there are strictly no refunds after 1st November.
I/We understand that in the event of fire, earthquake, flooding, earth slippage, pandemic and/or any “Acts of God” that make the event and/or course unsafe, inaccessible or cancelled/postponed because of circumstances outside of the organisers control, the event may be postponed or cancelled without refund.
I/We authorise my/our personal details, voice and picture to be used in any capacity without payment by the organisers and/or sponsors and/or partners of the event.
